• Available to all area students age 4 years – 21 years
• Provided to students who are uninsured, privately insured, and/or insured with Medicaid

• As part of each patient’s health care team, a pharmacist is available to meet with any patient in a private setting. Pharmacists work with each patient and his/her providers to develop an individualized medication plan. Pharmacists help patients manage their medications by addressing concerns like cost issues, total number of pills prescribed, 副作用, 药物的相互作用, and monitoring and dealing with multiple medical providers.

Birth Control Prescribing

• HCHC Pharmacists can prescribed birth control for HCHC patients age 18 and older
